•1• To provide cute, fun social events for the young gay, bi and curious men of Anchorage to meet and form strong and supportive friendships and relationships

•2• To support and promote the good health of the young gay men's community of Anchorage, and to support and promote safer sex as a major issue within that context

•3• To provide a way for guys to become more active and involved in creating and developing a strong and supportive young gay men's community, and gay community in general.

Adam & Steve will be very successful in meeting our goals on many levels. The guys of Adam & Steve plan on creating many events that will attract guys of many different backgrounds.
 
We will, on a consistent basis, do outreach to all the various segments of the young gay men's community on issues ranging from honesty and relationships to safer sex and drug use in some quite unforgettable ways. But never boring or dry!!  And we have stepped up to the plate to support the whole community in various ways-helping agencies like the Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association, and the Gay and Lesbian Community Center.

So here's where you come in, to help assure our success. We’ve inviting you to our events and meetings, or to join our Core Group, the decision making body of Adam & Steve. That’s where we will discuss what we do, why we do it, and what we are going to do in the future. 
 
What would you like to see happen?  Let us know!  We will have ongoing discussion groups, casual social nights where we just hang out, movie nights….  and on and on.
 
But where do you fit in? Anywhere you want. That's the deal with Adam & Steve-we don't have a formal membership or anything, we are the guys that come here and you are certainly welcome here, too. You want a hand in shaping the gay community in Anchorage? Well, then, come on...you just want to go hang out once a month, outside the bar, with the guys who do that? We look forward to meeting you. Do you have an idea to share? Would you like to be apart of our group? You can come develop and do outreach or plan and throw our huge events-the door is open and we can hardly wait. This group will be your group.
